1. Eligibility for Returns

• Products must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
• Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original sealed packaging.

2. Refund Conditions

• Refunds are issued for items that are defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrect .
• Shipping  fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake .
•  Return shipping fees will be charged on the refund unless the return is due to our mistake .
• Refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving the approved returned item.
• If your returned order was not approved after checking it , order reshipping fees will be charged 
• If payment done by credit cards & mobile wallets ,their commission fees will be charged on refund amount

1. From website : by request refund from your orders history if you have made the order from your account .

3. Provide Details: Share your order number and a description of the issue. For damaged or defective products, include photos.
4. Ship the Product: our courier will collect the return directly after request return from our website  or you can send the item back to the address provided by our customer support team. 

4. Exchange Policy

If you prefer an exchange rather than a refund, we will gladly replace the item with the correct product, subject to availability. Exchanges follow the same eligibility criteria as returns.

5. Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or used products.
• Items not in their original sealed packaging.
• Clearance or sale items.
• Products returned after the 14-day window.

6. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After this time, the order may already be processed and shipped.
